The brief
Friendiverse is a social travel platform that pairs people with travel buddies. Before launch they needed one page with one job: get people to drop their email.
How I got there
- 1
One action, repeated
There's exactly one thing to do on the page: join the waitlist. The form sits in the hero and comes back in a black band at the bottom for anyone who scrolled to read first.
- 2
Make it feel social before it exists
The little row of faces with "500+ travelers have already joined" does a lot of quiet work. Nobody wants to be the first person at a party.
- 3
Show the feeling, then the facts
A big group-selfie photo carries the feeling. Three short cards (find your travel buddy, explore cultural exchange, discover local insights) carry the facts. One yellow highlight on "Future of Friendship" gives the headline a single point of colour.
How it landed
The page went live ahead of the 24 March 2025 launch and the waitlist passed 500 travelers.
